i'm the salesgirl/promoter

I went to a mall just to scout around, then, I came across a cream..that,I think it supposed to be some anti-wrinkle cream on sales...so I decided to get 1..but I'm not too sure is it for the eye or the face etc so I decided to seek advice and guidance fromt he promoter in front of me.

me: Hi, can you brief me more about this product?
thesalesgirl: ???
me: Erm..can you..erm..brief me about this product(louder..maybe she didn't get me just now)
thesalesgirl: ???(still blur)
me: can you tell me more about this product?
thesalesgirl:????!!!!
me: where to put it on??face? eye area??
thesalesgirl:It's..erm.. wait ar..

asking her collegue "zhe ge jiao she me ar??"(pointing to the cream to her collegue). The collegue said "anti-wrinkle cream"

the salesgirl: oh, anti-wrinkle cream
me: Yes, it is but I'm asking where do you it on??face? eye area??
thesalesgirl: erm..erm..(looking at her collegue again pledging for help)

I'm begining to have the idea that she doesn't speak english well so I changed my language to mandarin andthe whole conversation after this goes in mandarin:

me: this cream, apply it to the whole face or just the eye??
thesalesgirl: Oh! The whole face
me: Not for the eye only is it? Can I use it for the eye??
thesalesgirl: Erm, actually, I'm not sure also
me: -_-"
thesalesgirl: There, read the instruction on the box (handling the product to me..the instructions are in english)..Actually, I don't understand what is it writen on it. Can you read for me and explain it to me.

Then I explained to her.

Well, I'm not trying to critic on her english but its actually wanting to critic on the fact that..a customer needs to EXPLAIN to the PROMOTER instead of the promoter explaining to the customer..1st time experience.
